Description
I drew this up for the 1994 Red Shetland "Red through the Ages" calendar. I forgot about this til I was sorting through a stack of old papers and found a loose page from the calendar.I based it on a French WW2 comic "The Beast is dead!", I forgot the name of the artist though.
I had fun doing this, took a long time to ink as well.
Best described as a golden oldie.

Huh. Reminds me of a scene from "Les Miserables" (hope I got that right... probably not), except I don't remember things going quite so well for the rebels...
