I like everything in that picture but the arms. I think they should swing a little more and be closer to his torso.

yupyup, the arms are very stiff, and unless he's tip toeing his heal should hit the ground, right now hes hitting with his toes. maybe you could had more secondary action to his tail, the way you have his hair too, and everything except his hair needs more squash and stretch, he feels very stiff.
