Hidden Power: Zekes Hidden Power is a mystery to what type it is. Due to another effect form his lightning bolt markings his Hidden power type is always different. When the attack is preformed strange lightning strikes Zeke and his eyes and tail marking changes to whatever type color, He prefers to not really use this move ever since Dexters sister was hurt by this move when he was fighting of some of Dexs cousins bullies.
Air Slash: Zeke likes to use sometimes use it ninja style, either as shurikens or swords. Also used when things need to be cut or hit from a far distance
Volt Switch: When heading to opponent at Extreme lightning fast speeds Zeke may charge up a Volt Switch, and then slam right into the opponents face

I don't think there is any difference. I think what defines which is which is what the pokémon is more modeled to be. Emolga is portrayed as more of an electric type than a flying type, despite the fact it has wings. If you look at its movepool most of its moves on level up are electric.

I'm sorry to say this but your friends have deceived you and supplied false information. Everyone who starts is allowed to have a singled colored scarf, bandana, or band. Also, as for moves, it is restricted to what that Pokemon can learn by leveling up, TMs and HMs, and egg moves. Again, all in the FAQs, all you have to do is read through it.

Your team cant have those accessories, each new member can have either a pair of regular glasses (no colors, just black frames/clear glass), or one single-colored bandanna/ribbon/scarf/bow/bow-tie.
