Gotham...
The city where I was born as the vigilante known as TheBatman, has always been a place where chaos seems to be the norm.
Although the recent flood that hit the city has been brought under control, chaos continues to reign in the streets.
Criminals and corruption continue to run rampant, and inequality and injustice are rife in every corner of this dark city.
Despite all my efforts, Gotham seems to resist any attempt to change its destiny.
But I won't give up.
I can't afford to give up.
Although the chaos seems unstoppable, my duty as protector of this city drives me to continue fighting, to continue seeking the justice and peace that Gotham needs.
I hope that one day, the darkness that surrounds this city will dissipate and Gotham will find the redemption it so longs for.
Until then, I will remain in the shadows, facing chaos and corruption, in the hope that one day, Gotham can be a better place...
