+ Main Color Skin/Hair/Outfit will be White (for second color or extra color/outfit/hairstyle/race your choice)
+ will be draw on feminine body!
+ i'll draw them Genderless (you can choose your own gender after i finish it)
+ Will be draw Outfit with long sleeves (i'm lazy draw hand, don't ask. example ? you can see down below)
+ Draw handmade + single pose only (along with palette)

Color Palette :
+ Outfit color palette
+ hair Color (Black Main hair Color with 1 blue and 1 orange streaks like on that palette)
+ orange eyes color (like at the palette above) with white pupils
+ Skin color white with a light blue strips below eyes
Outfit style : idk maybe hoodie bit future ?? with short, stocking, boots and scarf/collar
Detail : Single headphone (idk something like on this Character if that's okay) with a symbol on the jacket and headphone (it can be anything)

Color : Agh - I don't really know what color palette would work best but I do know that I want at least one dark color - and maybe some kind of purple (or even some sort of green-ish blue-ish color) too?
Theme : Hm - I don't have a specific theme in mind but maybe you could add some explorer type elements into the design?
Outfit style : Well, I want them to be wearing a bodysuit with an overshirt that resembles this design's shirt www.pinterest.com/pin/82873276… but with sleeve cuffs that this character has (but big enough to cover the hands) www.pinterest.com/pin/72782398… . Some sort of belt and just some very large boots would also be nice (oh - one last thing, if possible - could you add a backpack that looks like the one this character has? without the plush's though www.pinterest.com/pin/58434212… )

Detail : Could you add some arrow symbols onto the design - and also one big random symbol on the front of the shirt?

i can do the rest but, the outfit sure confuse me a lot. if you don't mind can you give a sketch outfit you want ? that would be much help for me
as backpack i'm afraid i can't do but, i'll try what i can try it.
