A little about my OC, she is a licensed-to-kill type of spy in a futuristic world I'm trying to write a little about her story, but for now I want to focus on world-building(Hopefully)

The foreshortening you did with her firing arm is really, really good. Her outfit makes me think of a mix of Miranda's from Mass Effect and the Major's from Ghost in the Shell. Great work with the flame effect and the city background, and I like the added detail of the sniper lasers implying that she only has a few moments to get herself out of danger. Very nice work overall.

Oooooh, I don't see a lot of people who focus on world-building. This is a nice change.
I find stories with built worlds much more interesting.
