I have some similar pictures..but i didn't move the camera while i take the pic,and i don.t know why my photos look like yours.anyway great collage!

lol turn a light on in the dark and take pictures of it while moving the camera

i put my dining room light on dim and moved the camera in circles as i took pictures one after the other... this is a collage of the ones that i thought came out cool

its really easy if you wanna try it
