First of, this is really cute. I love the feathers a lot.
The drawing is very detailed, wich I also love.
The shading is done very nicely as well (must have been hard with just a pen). It makes it look a lot less 2D.
The expression, I just love. The eye is such detailed as well so it looks even better!
I honestly don't really like how the scales are drawn. I think they're too round for dragon scales. Then again, you somehow managed to make it look good anyway.
I kinda want to know how you managed to make the lines that smooth...
Exept for the scales, I don't think you need to change/improve anyting!
It looks awesome!

This isn't just cute, it's really adorable! The scales are so detailed and well
-drawn! You also added shading, which looks darker (and better!) than the last one. By comparing the two, this one's got more expression (maybe because of the eyes?). The outlines are smooth too (which isn't easy to do with a pen). But to be honest, I prefer the scales to be drawn like last time, it just looks more realistic. Well, that's just what I thought, you can draw whatever you want! I'm sorry if anything hurts you, and I sure hope this is helpful! :3

overall design and shape is great,but the way of coloring it seems a little bit messy,shading is not bad but it could be better.scales are really good but on some parts they can not be well seen.eye is amazingly drawn and i do not know what you should improve about it.feathers are amazing,the design,and shading on them is also great. details on the face are very well made but are not very visible because of the coloring.scales around the eyebrow do not seem to be affected by eyebrow more like the eyebrow is over them if we look at it comparing to the rest.
