The world is unfair.

It is broken into those with power and those without power. Few are birthed into unfathomable quantities of power. Those are the Overlords. To govern an idea, a concept, their strength is boundless and unlimited. Reasonless creatures grow into power naturally. But who decides who is an Overlord?

Hel was a Denizen that refused to settle for the reality of the world. After the first bullet felled the self-proclaimed Overlord of Entirety, Hel transcended herself into the authority of this reality. Her strength is absolute and unquestionable.

She is judged to be a positive Overlord by the Denizens. She will not interfere with any conflicts, but brings down particularly venomous Overlords, and so she garners worship and admiration. Most importantly, she is an inspiration for anyone wishing to break the shackles of their dealt hand.

Her defiant will inspired Hel's Acolytes, an organization that stands strong against the tyranny of Overlords.

Any Overlord wishing to rise must be approved by Hel first.
