Hey I didn't die um. This is a Spooky Month OC and I randomly had this idea after looking at cat images. Anyways this is Neka a smol kid that might or might not be in a costume, use your imagination for that part really. He is 9 years old and his birthday is October 31st, special Bday for the cat kid. When he's upset or scared, the swirly eyes example is for those emotions.
That's all I really have on him right now and sorry if this description is just all over the place, it's midnight for me and I'm tired hhh.
