The shell inside and fringe skirt of seaweed is beautiful but its the dripping paint that brings the image above common to exceptional.

As always, you've created a really gorgeous image with this piece. I love how you've created the wonderful shimmer and opalescence inside the shell. The woman looks great and her styling is quite interesting. The seaweed-like skirt is a really cool touch. And you're almost signature streaks/splashes of paint really create an interesting effect, evoking a feel of ocean spray, splashing water, and even a fishing line depending on how you look at it.
