If Grand Admiral Thrawn were to... "serve" the First Order and making subtle changes from within, how would he react to this? Knowing Thrawn, he could see Starkiller Base as another Death Star, both being massive detrimental weapons. Like its predecessors, Starkiller Base destroyed planets, inhabitants, culture, and art without cause besides strengthening opposition. The Galactic Empire and First Order also squandered valuable resources into creating these superweapons, but more by exhibiting wanton destruction with them. I like to think other Grand Admirals such as Declann, Teshik, Grant, and Grunger would disagree with building Starkiller Base if they were still alive.
