I've been struggling a segment of my story, particularly on who would win a race between the Powerglide and Rainbow Dash. CMIIW, but I think Powerglide would win because his bio states he can cruise at 500 mph and go up to Mach 4.1 (3145.8 mph). On the other servo or hoof, Rainbow Dash can go up around Mach 2, but that is pure speculation by Kai-rouken on MLP Forums. That would make sense as any higher velocity will turn the pegasus into Rainbow Ash. (Apologies for the corny joke) If Powerglide were to win, Rainbow Dash would be secretly jealous and insecure which she will admit later while training herself.

I can hear Powerglide say he's not of the speedy flying aces among the Autobots, or any other Cybertronian. He can admit he got grounded so many times because of superior Decepticon flyers or luck, depending on who's asking. Powerglide may be faster than RD, but she's still the fastest pegasus and no pony else can compete with that. RD also has also experience she can use to teach other pegasis how to fly like she does. This goes to show that there will always be someone better, but you can always be the best version of yourself.
