Here I wanted to really show the shift from Rock to Water Terrain, in this version, a few years ago Cerulean City was hit by a mysterious tidal wave, flooding over 70% of the land base, Route 4 shows where the flooding stopped, a few more surprises here, but mainly a face lift just like Route 3, the main change here is the extended lake. I'll put more details about Cerulean Cities changes on the Cerulean City Map, I'll post soon! I hope yu guys like the changes! Much Love ~RaiZhuW
