Description
Alternative title for this submission: 大ケーキ It's just a bad pun, so don't sweat it if you can't read it.I think it's great that Daikenki has swords, but at the same time, the shape reminds me of a cake server.
Daikenki, Embuoh, and Jalorda (c) Nintendo and The Pokemon Company
P.S. Please, no "the cake is a lie" jokes. They wouldn't make any sense anyway.

It was funny, also I love your style, you make the pokemon more awesome and good looking, You might get a job relating on drawing, as an extra, but I know you already have a different one. But besides that, you are my favorite artist ever
Also, the cake is delicious, so everyone else, stop with the "Cake is a lie" joke, Portal was just a videogame

Asfdfsdfs they are so adorable in your style ;-; I think this has sealed my choice on getting Pignition
Funny how even after you asked them not to, people still feel the need to say the unfunny and outdated meme.

The cake is a lie.
And no, I don't have anything to say about the picture you spent time making.
Just so you don't have to copy paste that sentence again, because it is just purely... annoying and would have otherwise make me think you are begging for opinions.

I resorted to the copy and paste thing because I was tired of people having nothing to say other than the same lame joke over and over. I hoped it would inspire people to get a hint and try to say something with some thought behind it instead of taking the easy way out, but it looks like all it did was get under your skin. Oops?

Then disable the comments? Or try not to draw cake next time? Sure I get the same record playing over and over again from all the different people, but I am prepared on it.
You know, "if you can't handle the game, then don't play" deal. If you draw cake, you accept that at somepoint someone uses the lame joke.
Just a friendly advice in future, since sometimes that kind of sentence makes people uncomfortable, like they are forced to say something about it. And we don't want that, right? :3

Hey, I can handle being annoyed. If I couldn't, like you said, I would disable comments, modify my artwork, or not upload to deviantArt at all. But I like hearing what people say (generally), I'm not going to compromise what I want to draw, and I enjoy uploading things to deviantArt. I'm not going to shy away from speaking my mind just because I might happen to get some negative feedback from someone like yourself. It's impossible for anyone to avoid anything negative. That doesn't mean I can't express my own disappointment when I get an unfavorable response. Doesn't your advice sound something like, "If something bad happens, roll over and just take it"?
What makes you think I don't want to make people feel uncomfortable? If I make them uncomfortable, then it makes them think, and that's what I want. I want more people to think about what they're going to say. Is that so wrong?
I hope you don't continue believing that I'm taking this all personally and that I want to start a fight with you.

Lets have another reading round:
"Just a friendly advice in future, since sometimes that kind of sentence makes people uncomfortable, like they are forced to say something about it. And we don't want that, right? :3"
And again:
"If I make them uncomfortable, then it makes them think, and that's what I want. I want more people to think about what they're going to say."
So you would rather force people:
a.) To say something else than the old joke.
b.) Make them silent if they don't have anything better to say.
c.) Limit freedom of speech.
d.) Make them silent since they don't have better way to tell that they have noticed your work.
Wouldn't that shun away people? Now I don't mean to be hostile, but this is what I really think about that kind of methoid.

Um, I'm not limiting freedom of speech by voicing my own opinion. I would be limiting freedom of speech if I actively prevented them from saying anything I disagree with by blocking them or hiding comments. Besides, don't I have the freedom to say whatever I want as well? Freedom of speech is more than just saying whatever you want; it's also about protecting the freedom of speech of people who disagree with you. I'm not restricting these people's freedom in any way by asking them to refrain from telling a joke or encouraging them to say something about my comic. They could completely ignore me, and in fact, a lot of people have.
Anyway, A, B, and D sound fine to me. Maybe you think it's reprehensible, but that's the way I usually operate. I do end up driving away some people, but you win some, you lose some. That's how I've operated for years and I think the good has outweighed the bad in that regard. Like I said, maybe you don't like it because you'd rather try to be BFFs with everyone, but not me.
But look-- my strategy even worked with you! You said more than just the dumb joke because you put a lot of thought into telling me why you think I'm wrong. Mission accomplished.

But one has to agree that the cake is a lie sometimes :3 Maybe drawing pie next?
I know it worked, it just made me think what is the reason behind that sentence. So it was more like "I wanna see how this is going to be explained..." Curiosity killed the cat

I doubt that will come something to make me like the pig. Daikenki did it with teh swords, jalorda was cool since the beginning but the pig....is a pretty bacon.
