I wanted to put an exclamation point after "spark" in the title, but dA won't let me. Hehe, the title sounds like an anime episode title. Of course, if it really were, it'd be more like:Spark!! The Magnificent Electrocution Ability of cute Plusle and Minun!!!!
Or whatever. Anyway, drawn on an index card with prismacolor markers. The silver marks look a lot better in real life, of course. Here they just look like grey blobs.
