Bath Time with Cirno (And Occasionally Rumia), episode 1.Nothing like enjoying the pure, non-sexual innocence of a little ice fairy. Right? There's nothing sexual about this... Right? No? Good.
Just an idea I got a while ago to work on more cutesy things. I want to see how far I can push the boundaries of cutesy into sexual without going to more "adult-themed" situations. Let's see what could be brought about by Bath Time with Cirno.

do you sketch it out with pencil first?
or do you just draw it straight out with the pen and such?

Thank you very much. My art isn't as clean as it seems. I put a lot of time and effort into cleaning up my scanned images, at the very least an hour per image for solely cleaning it up.
I do sketch it out in pencil first. I do the standard "wire-frame" sketch, then I add the skin to the frames. From there, I add details and backgrounds. Next is touch ups, making sure everything is correct. Once I'm satisfied with the picture, I ink it, starting with the faces first. Once everything is inked, I let it dry for 40 minutes. I then erase the pencil from the paper. I scan it in, then clean it up. What I mostly do is make the black lines look nice and remove blemishes and mistakes. Then, (This is something I only recently started doing) I scale the image to a smaller size, normally 30% of the size I scanned it in, and presto! All done.

i'm too impatient to wait for the ink to dry, so i end up erasing it and sometimes it smudges in areas with large portions of ink. @ 7 @;;
but hmm..
i'll try what you did, with the waiting, once i have permission to use my sister's scanner.

Huh? No. Just the clean up of the image once I scanned it takes at least an hour. I guess I didn't explain myself quite right. The pencil sketch normally takes an hour to two, inking takes about 40 minutes, and clean up on the computer takes anywhere from an hour to two. So total, we're lookin' at 1:40 to 4:40 of work per piece.
While you wait for the ink to dry, draw another picture.
