Description
Now please, PLEASE be gentle this is my first animation EVER . So it may be a little crude .(Yes, it really is my first animation ever)
If you like it, feel free to comment, or favorite, or submit it to a group, or print it out, baby it, and raise it as your own adopted child.
Now, with 3 sit downs equaling up to 30 hours, it's finally done!
I can't even imagine how the animation crew for MLP can handle it :/
Update: Synced lips a little better, added drop shadow to replay button

First animation ever? From my point, that's an understatement. You did very well on this! Best use of vector artwork animation I've seen yet, and I've seen many. It almost feels like it could have been planned from the artists themselves.
One thing that irks me a bit is how synced it is with the voicing. It's slightly off but it's still plausible. Besides that, very good job on this.

Derpy images 2 and 4's eyes seem to far apart well at least until 4's eyes switch (I love that!)

I agree with the first commenter. A couple more scenes where it transitions back to the Doctor.

The first two 'scenes' were very good. The Doctor's mouth movements matched the timing of the words correctly.
The Ditzy scenes, I suggest a slight revision for. Not for the eyes, because I liked how you did the eyes, but the mouth movements could use some improvement.
Also, when you have the scene shift to The Doctor, when he is attempting to protest, I recommend having a few more frames added, to reduce the choppiness of the transitions.
However, I would like to remind you that these are just suggestions, and wether or not you choose to use them is entirely up to you.
