Description:
The Dream Interupter is a tall, Mermaid-like, humanoid creature that has a extremely low chance of appearing in any dream possible. The percentage of a dream interupter appearing in your dream is 0.0001% or less. They are extremely hostile and as their name suggests will interupt your dream. When they do appear, all light sources in the dream will vanish (if it's day time, it will become night), and most other sounds in the dream will fade away. The only audible sounds from that point on are the zombie-like groans from the Dream Interupter and loud, unnerving thuds (presumably the dream interupter hitting its suitcase against the walls). Afterwards, the Dream Interupter will target and kill all other entities present in the dream or will try to. If other dream entities are present, they may fend off the interupter or disappear. After killing, or attempting to kill all other entities in the dreams, the interupter will target and try to kill you and right before it can reach you, you will wake up.
In 2018, I dreamt of me in a dark room, and just a few feet away was a dream interupter, flying in circles like some sort of npc. I immediately turned back and before I knew it, I woke up. I don't remember seeing its face, so I took some creative liberties when making the face.
