yay, by me it´s totally Moebius ressurection! after spinning my tail through the sixties, forties and whatevs i´m back in the fascinating 70s to 80s! cross!this is only a tryout - still looking for a style, where i would have fun and won´t break my fingers in drawing 3 volumes
á 5 issues and oneshots and yearones
haha.forgot also one character here...
hmm..this was only meant doing in my sparetime for warmup, but spent the whole night and day on it....geez.
for leaving out doubled comments:
*yup, inspired Fred Beltran colors - he´s dope.
*done with a 0.5 HB pencil and PS 7. 800 layers.
*4 hours sleep.
*stop faving my "strontium dog"

ich glaub ich verpenne grad so einige uploads von leuten ... muss den kopf wieder frei bekommen.
erstmal klar, der schraffi style tut deinen figuren sehr gut und wär ab und an mal nicht schlecht. so die ersten seiten und dann 'normal' weiter.

Very attracting cover !
I also thought of Moebius before I read your comment, but then I had a second look and it made me rather think of Janjetov (the guy who took after Giraud on the Incal series).
Moebius would have added small dots around the strokes (a very 1970-ish way to draw shades) and probably one or two giant mushrooms or erected phallus-like stones in the background !!!

yeah, i went more with janjetov and beltran on their technofathers epos. i guess it started 1998. but i guess you might know that. beltran´s wife also recolored the whole incal/john difool run...but i like the old better. [link]
