Here's another picture I did to go with CC ([link] )- it was a major challenge for me to attempt to do even a part of the Guren. Hope you enjoy this one

Humum...well that's hard. I mean....I like both styles, personally. I find the Japanese comic style more emotive sometimes, but I love the detail of the American comics. Also there's colour vs. lack thereof...both are good. I mean...I just ADORE the rich colours in American comics, but then screentones tend to look smoother and clean. Plus there IS kind of more variety in Japanese comics.
I'd say content-wise I like Japanese comics more, but visually I like American comics more. Something like that. C:

Haha, lol. Well that's true I guess - but the main problem for me is that my parents are kind of...against comics. :/ So I end up reading them online. Mostly, I only find Manga online, not American comics. So I'm more used to those. Nevertheless when I DO see the odd American comic they're quite nice to read and look at. :3
