My OC, Sean, had his malfunctioning facial prosthetics removed, and now he must cope with facing himself in the mirror. He’s had his extensive scarring covered for almost a year by metal, and now it is all laid bare.
His optical prosthetic was removed, so all that’s left is the metal piece that’s wired in to his optical nerve. That would have been too difficult to remove.

There is a cut on his face where the metal had adhered to his skin while in place. The metal had been screwed into bone, so there are small holes that will need to heal over.
