Description
This would have to be one of the most ambitious costumes I have personally made. The first year I was Nagi, the second year I was Random Ninja # 5, the third year I was Random Ninja! That's right. Random, that's what the costume seems like when it's in pieces.
From toe to head: the shoes are black swimming shoes, I'm wearing black leotards on my legs, my knees have sport braces covered with sleeves cut from an under-armor shirt, I have harness belts made from ammo belts held together with packing tape and safety pins, i'm wearing fingerless craft gloves, painted black (actually the same gloves from the original random ninja #5 costume), on my forearms i have the rest of the cut off sleeves, I'm wearing a red underarmor shirt with a black underarmor shirt with the sleeves cut off(used elsewhere), I have a shoulder holster for the sword made from laptop case straps, and the mask is a glow-in-the-dark goalie mask covered with two layers of plastic embroidery mesh and clear packaging tape. The sword is a bokken painted black. And in case you're wondering.... I did in fact win again.
