I redesigned Neptune a bit, I removed things that were ether too hard to draw or just didn’t work. And reworked his crown.

His personality is completely the same, don’t let the smile fool you. Neptune is still the selfish, cruel, cold hearted king he always is. Though with a soft spot of a certain little brother of his who tries to make him into a better person.
