Barney Burrows AKA Big Bear is the father to Bouncing Betty. He loves his daughter and still hopes that at some point her mother Kaylee Kincaid will reform to give her mother Betty deserves. Although he comes at a rough hero he melts like butter around his daughter. He gets along quite with his brother. Betty was named after sister in law who was ailing health when his daughter was born. So Betty's cousins and uncle tend to spoil her almost much as her father. Whenever Barney needs help with Bouncing Betty he calls on his nephew Rudee. He was the one who gave her first rabbit outfit so she tends to listen to him more than anyone else.
