The ORTF, also nicknamed as The O (French: Le O), is another Peni Parker-related and specialized corporation, mostly operating in France and it's overseas (outre-mer) territories (with Québec also) founded by Vestron Enterpises, LLC to expand the Peni Parker community in the francophone world.
ORTF was founded after this deviation was posted. It's headquarters were in Montreal, Québec, but it were moved to Paris, France after a reform. Vestron Enterpises re-established ORTF as kinda a reincarnation of the original ORTF (Le Office de Radiodiffusion-Télévision Française), but the ORTF's goal was expanding the Peni Parker community in the francophone world, mostly in France and Québec.
