Description
(League of Legends vs Soul Calibur)Connections : They both were regarded as incredible heroes whose legacies would live into the modern day (Siegfried and Vanguard Aatrox). However, they would ultimately make the mistake of wielding corrupted blades (Soul Edge and Aspect of War), which would corrupt the two warriors. They used all their strength in an attempt to fight off said corruption, but it was ultimately no use as they succumbed to the blade. With this, the body was no more, now taking on the form of an ancient nigh-unstoppable evil: Nightmare and Aatrox. Over the course of years, they'd develop an army of those they deemed worthy of fighting alongside them (Covenant Shield and Aatrox's army) who they corrupted using dark magic. As years passed by, they discovered that the more souls they conssumed, they stronger they would become. Despite all the evil they caused though, the slightest spark of Siegfried and Aatrox Ascended still remained, attempting to fight for control, yet unable to do so. Realizing they lacked the strength to do so, they would eventually accept their fates and bring on oblivion.
