Personally, I think looking up or low camera angle is pretty difficult to draw. Noses, eyes, lips and ears are all shaped differently as to frontal or 3/4 view. The jaw lines I think is the most important element when drawing this angle, sometimes it has to be very subtle and drawn lightly instead of the hard, dark, and distinctive lines.
