"Kentrosaurus was discovered in the Tendaguru Formation. No complete skeleton has been found, but paleontologists have been able to piece different specimens together. They have found nearly a thousand Kentrosaurus fossils in the Tendaguru rock."
Its "tropical environment had two seasons: dry and wet".
"Kentrosaurus is 6 ft tall, 15 ft long, and weighed 1.1 tons."
The name "Kentrosaurus means "spiked reptile"".
