Description

An hour had gone by and still Apollo heard nothing from the professor. His anger had subsided and he was left to examine his furry body and ponder what the professor said about what he turned into. An Arcanine? What even is that? He passed the time thinking about why anyone would have transformed him. Was it some sort of test? While he went over every possible scenario he started to entertain himself with his new party trick, playing with fire. He flicked fire from his tongue and spit fire into his hand, playing with it like a tennis ball. More time went by and he experimented further, pushing his new power to the limit. He created a fire tornado in the test chamber, he made it rain embers, he made fire shoot from his nostrils. With every new skill he felt a sense of pride and power and couldn't help but grin, ear to ear.
Was he starting to enjoy it? No… he- he couldn’t like this life. He was a freak and could never go back into society. But being able to control fire… He flexed his large and tight muscles.
“Well, maybe?” he consoled himself.
The metal door on the opposite side of the room began to open.
“Are you ready to be a good boy now? Or am I going to have to make you obey?”
