Screencap study I did for May the 4th, Wilhuff Tarkin still remains my favorite villain in the Star Wars universe, and needless to say I loved seeing him again in Rogue One

In spite of all the other characters that appeared in the franchise, Grand Moff Tarkin remains the ultimate Star Wars villain - intelligent, urbane, polite with just a hint of menace - the human face of the Galactic Empire.
And the only one who put such carefree style into the order:

Hey that's a pretty cool painting.
Maybe adding atmospheric perspective or a rim light would help him stand out more, his shirt kinda blends into the background because of similar values.
