It looks like Bubbles' ability to talk to squirrels has finally taken its toll, I presume. 
Blossom and Buttercup appear rather shocked. 
Geez, I haven't drawn PPG-related fanart for quite some time, unlike my "PPG as Hamster Warriors" pic. =O And it seems that I drawn Blossom pretty darn well.
