Not part of the concept. I made this for fun as inspired from yesterday... and thinking about that Choo Choo Soul theme song so much.

Although, that costume would've been an excellent disguise attempt for Peppino, or as part of an episode for the "1990s Pizza Tower" series.

About the yellow shirt? I tried to make Peppino wear the same shirt based from his plumber uniform in the title card of "Oh S***!"

The engineer uniform was (mostly) always blue, even as stated by Donatoinklinggamer when I asked for their opinion of Pizzelle's concept.
