XKSilver gave me the idea for Merpony adopts! So here they are.
I let him buy w/e and however many he liked (with some exceptions). -as he gave me the idea.

-You cannot resell the design for more than you bought it. But you can resell it /trade it /give it away if you no longer want it.
-Minor design changes are aloud. I just don't want see a purple pony turn yellow. xP
