So here's my attempt at a toony styled portrait taking inspiration from looking at hundreds of anime eyes to see how to make those cute shiney eyes without making it look like the characters drunk. I originally wanted there to be hands on the sides to give it a 3D effect but it was too annoying. Don't you just want to hug him!!!!!!!!
