Originally Drawn on the 13th October 2020.

I decided to experiment with facial expressions, it`s easy enough on a human character though I wanted to experiment with one of my monster characters for some added challenge, I drew my character Ruby Draco with 5 different facial expressions: Happy , Smirking, Shocked, Confused and downright furious - there was a 6th expression, sad, unfortunately I couldn`t fit everything on the page.

It`s a shame I didn`t have a larger canvas as, when drawing the original sketches, I also adjusted Ruby`s horns to match the expression for some added characterisation but in this piece they aren`t very apparent apart from happy, shocked and angry. Despite this I think the art turned out very well.
