Name: Cocoa Haze (nicknamed teddy)
Species: Bat pony
Gender: Male

Special talent: comforting others
Age: a bit older than the main six
likes: Hugs, helping people, flying, warmth and sleeping
dislikes: being ignored, being seen as a hindrance rather than helpful, and others comforting him when he's sad
Personality: Usually keeps his feelings to himself, hiding them behind a grin and constantly tries to please others to the point where he often ends up upsetting himself
poison joke effect: Becomes super outwardly emotional and mood swingy

Teddy has an extra long and fluffy coat, which when combined with his naturally high body temperature makes for the perfect hug.

The place he was born was a frozen waste land where most ponies kept to themselves and were cold towards each other. Even his parents weren't particularly attached to him and didn't talk to him more than necessary. He didn't discover the joys of embracing others until he was around the age flutter shy got her cutiemark. He had been making his way home one early morning when he noticed a fruit bat pony older than himself balling his eyes out. At first he was going to ignore him, just as pretty much everypony else he knew would of, but images of crying strawberries just wouldn't leave his mind. Eventually he made up his mind and went up to the pony. For a couple of seconds he just stood there, trying to think of what he should do. He then went up to him and gave him a hug. Afterwards, once he wiped away his tears and helped calm the pony's breathing the pony explained the reason for his breakdown, and through many meet ups Cocoa helped him and the pony's daughter through his problem. After the first meeting when he was thinking over how great it felt to comfort the other pony he noticed that his flank was no longer blank. This Pony he comforted then later became a father figure to him, along with the pony's daughter becoming like a little sister. Because of the fruit bat pony later becoming Stella's guard, Teddy has met the Cearian royalty before, but hasn't really talked to them.(father figure: raspberryrabbit.deviantart.com… , 'little sister': raspberryrabbit.deviantart.com… ). He lives in an AU which is kinda similar to the official MLP:FIM Universe. This world is called Celarian. Basically, Celarian has three rulers: Stella and Solar who are siblings, and Mjesec, who's kinda like the equivalent of twilight in this world. More info about celarian can be found at

((yes he's blushing slightly because he is my adorable baby and he's super excited for hugs. His pupils are white because they're doing that reflection thingy that cat eyes (and my dad's eye) do. usually they're black, like in the mini front views))
