Each gumball could swell a fillies gut up night and tight, so naturally she fed a wheelbarrow of them to her friend/girlfriend/wife Lyre enthralled by just how big she swells. What is she filled up with? Is it just tightly packed fat? Air? Helium or just some really bad gas? You make the call. By the time the poor pony was rescued and Bonbon freed Lyre had swelled up so big it would take weeks to shrink back down.
