Those somewhat familiar with the dungeon fist lore might notice something odd. While there are four outer planes there are only three types of plane-touched. This is because while the beings of Elysium, Inferno, and Arcadia can be reasoned with the same cannot be said of the denizens of the Abyss. Due to the extreme danger involved siphoning energy from the abyss was forbidden under penalty of death meaning the corruption never had a chance to sink deep enough into the populous. ...at least in the civilized world.

Introducing a cansen character into the roster got us thinking what an abyssal plane-touched might look like. Given their lovecraftian inspiration and the fact that the abyss connects to the material plane through the elemental planes of water and ice we figured fishy look right out of Innsmouth seemed appropriate.

We present to you the hypothetical fourth kind of plane-touched: the locathah. Not sure yet if we're going to make this canon or not.

We borrowed heavily from 's Sabin for the design.
