Ooh who could have seen this? Alright let´s get this over with.
Kim Possible... that show was kinda gold in my childhood... though I can´t remember much of it or from finnish dub sadly. You can clearly see how Azido and Ealim got their inspirations from Shego and dr. Drakken. Those two... I don´t remember if they were funny, sadly again.
Look at Azido and Shego, color scheme is kinda similar, green and black. Azido has gray parts and dark green parts too and her element is poison and acid because she ate acid berries when she was hatchling. Shego has white skin so I am not fully ripping-off.

Then there´s Ealim, his scale color is similar or Drakken´s color scheme and look at the hair, both go in line to back of head. And both are smart and doctors. Ealim is electricity dragon and it´s very fitting as electricity dragons are very smart and his color is kinda storm color or something. Drakken has dark-ish blue skin and coat and black hair. Similar yes, but different still in the end.

And Drakken.. you may wanna shut up. Ealim´s electricity tends to hurt like hell.
