Story: Lowrel is the Lost Cousin of Rottytops. He's half alchemist, half zombie. He was died by an accident in Chainsaw Factory when the zombie virus was started in that day. He can appears cannons, event buttons and use something to hit Rotty's Head when Rotty and He makes their DUO ATTACK. "Head-Hit Baseball". But Shantae don't believe him because Rotty never talks about a "LOST COUSIN".
Lowrel is a bad-joker when he makes special traps to screw you. (COF COF LI-KE-KNUC-KLES COF COF)
