Description
Cherrytrees and grass. Made a difficult combination in regards to exposure and it needed some postpro coloradjustment work. Maybe the colors are too toxic, I cant decide. I definitely need the practice, now that I'm heading to the homeland of the cherrytreesRelated content

There's definitely something otherworldly about the colors, but I must say I love the effect it creates.

I don't think the colours are too 'toxic', but they definitely lend the piece an air of surrealism - it seems to me to be more like what a garden of cherry trees feels like, rather than what one should look like. Which I like

the place and photo are amazing.
it looks like it wasn't real, like a model of idyll.

Its a place called 'mindeparken' in my city Aarhus (denmark). The trees are called japanese cherrytrees, so I guess the homeland is Japan

Mindeparken, eh? hehe. Der har jeg jo ligefrem været. Kunne dog ikke kende den :-D. Jeg er ret vild med alle dine strandstigepics for resten. Alletiders koncept.
