I'm kinda bummed at the way this turned out, i expected it to be better, but I obviously overestimate my own skill. She's supposed to be sitting behind a window pane as it rains, but it doesn't look very windowish and it looks like she's just go water all over her.Oh well, guess that makes the cliche title more 'correct'. Her wrist is a bit wonk, and her nose is too sharp on one side. ^_^;Hope you like it anyway
I have to confess it was done in lead pencil, I just colourised it after I scanned it because I though it added effect ^_^; i'm not really that talented...ahem

I think it turned out marvelously. Such great shading! I think perhaps the eyes are a big too large for realism, but well drawn all the same.
I can tell that it's glass... but for some reason the fact that the rain was on the *other* side of it didn't sink in right away, and I assumed she was wet. I'm not entirely sure how to go about fixing that.

See, you can do realism. She's so in proportion and I love the rain effects. Her eyes, the glass, the folds. Wow. Her expression and her eyes are great too.

this is very awesome. you can totally tell that it was raining outside, on the window, not on her. everything looks reallly good, especially the mouth. so reeeeallll! the only thing that looks ever so slightly out of place is the dark line marking the outsied of her right (our left) nostril. maybe? o.O

I think it came out great... i could easily tell that she was behind a wet window before even reading your description. And as if the picture wasnt cool enough, the fact that you drew it in blue just makes it kick that much more ass. Awesome work, your a better artist then you give yourself credit for.
