Rotweillers generally are not intended to engage capitol ships like the Sibrand. Counterveil would normally stop the lighter fighters SACLOS missiles, if not the plane. However, during Operation Express, opportunities such as these occasionally presented themselves, with Rotweillers able to strike deep into Posse airspace. Sibrands are relatively dated, and generally the Posse's have a difficult time keeping its system fully functioning. Since the conclusion of Operation Express Posse airships tend to operate at extremely low altitudes with only passive sensors to reduce the chances of being found out and killed by opportunistic Arceans.
