In the game, there is actually a bulky piece of hardware that covers part of the rear wheel. This protective cover does not appear in the original concept art, and it does not appear in the Batmobile's computer schematics (the ones that appear on the screens of the Bat Computer in the Bat Cave) so I decided to leave it off. I'll have to decide if I want to go back and add it back in as an alternate variant at some point. For now, let's just say that it is an "optional" part.
