I really like this, only things i would say is:
Use a different font, something smoother and slightly larger would be good.
Also, i think the start menu when it pops up should be flush with the side of the screen.
And a minor thing, more of a preference for me, is to have more white/cream coloured all programs menu, similar to the right click popups etc.

Is it no mod of few lasekongos styles? I see some his parts here. Nice style. I like it, but maybe need credits for lasekongo83 in desript. And one more thing. Two arrows for unhide hidden tray icons could be changed to something more interesting. One arrow instead of two can looks better.
