Description The pigs of the future have diversified greatly and have filled many niches. Here we have a gracile running pig, found on the northern continent. this particular species is the crested gracile running pig, known to have a crest of dark hair running from head to tail. this specimen is female, males are larger with larger tusks and a longer mane running down the spine.
Gracile running pigs are one of the two main herbivores of the future, these are the robust running pigs, more similar to buffalo, and the gracile running pigs, more like antelope.
Robust running pigs are found both on the northern continent and Afro-Europe, where they take the place of large herbivores.
Gracile running pigs are only found in the northern continent, while on Afro-Europe the place of small running herbivore is already occupied by the descendants of the smallest species of gazelles that live today. More to come!
