After getting WindowBlinds downloaded and putting in your email to start the trial. Now you need to download this custom theme from Deviantart called Aero7X. Extract the zip from the download link and put the folders in something safe like the Documents Folder. Double click on the Theme folder and doubleclick on any wba file. To get the Transparent Taskbar. Go to the Microsoft Store and type "TranslucentTB". Then install it and wait. After that. Right click on its System Tray icon and hover on Desktop. Then press Blur. You should now have a blurry taskbar that looks like the one in Windows 7.

Last thing to do is download my Windows 7 Theme from this Deviantart page that includes the sounds and the icons for the recycle bin and the computer. The link is here - > www.deviantart.com/rayan16215/…

One final touch. Rename This PC to My Computer. And now you have made your Windows 10 PC look like a Windows 7 PC.
