Her exe was trying to kill Amy's darkness clearly not harming the real one, but you tried to stop her so her exe form, so it got angery and attacted you. so when the job was done of killing the darkness, she dyed because of you. You were scared to get haunted by her and told her you didn't want a living creature to die when she was a living creature and dark amy wasn't. That was a materialized form of amy's darkness. That made her sad wanted to fade away so she did so. Don't tell me you forgot her like just like that.
