As with my other pictures, this was originally commissioned art by JohnGallagherChimera . I was given permission by him to color it in. If you want me to do different coloring of this picture for you, please contact me and I can work on it for you, as a commission. If you want me to color in any of your cartoons/drawings contact me. This particular drawing is that of the 13th Doctor from Doctor Who, played by Jodie Whittaker. Her clothing is what we've seen through the current series (11), plus the scarf from the latest special. You can even see the sonic screwdriver hanging from her neck.
